hmmm.. today is my off day. i'll b on leave until nx monday. lama 2.. huhu! neway, i jz found out ysterday dat i already hv my own team. shoot! i wz so darn nervous. i din know wat shud i do next. i asked mysef, cn i manage the team? wel, i believe i hv to believe in mysef 1st to make ppl believe in me..
jz so u know, i met some of my team mmbers ysterday itsef. wel, i knew some faces cz ive been assistin the floor snce the 1st day i came bek to Menara Celcom (am still missin AHP & the ppl). i cud breathe a big relief as my instinct told me, thre are few of em who cn be top pformers.. my instinct is reliable tho.. ::wink:: i know i cn be a gud leader.. i dcided to choose democratic style. lenient, friendly yet ive to be strict whn it comes to work and prformance. i cant breathe dwn their necks all the time.. coz i dn like to be treated such way. somehow, i need to learn on hw to deal with different ppl from various bekground. it's nt as easy as it may seem.. hehe, jz go with the flow. i know i cn do it.. :) hopefully, evrytin runs smoothly. wish me luck! ~
